Philippine Partnership

   Through the Minnesota Conferences Mission Partnership, we were given the opportunity to participate in a drive to collect books to send to the Philippines. We collected books during the month of June and were able to ship 187 pounds of books. Filipinos often speak English and several other Filipino dialects, but many families cannot afford to buy the books. We are pleased to be in a partnership with them and support it in this way.

Heifer Project 2007

      This was our sixth year of holding a Living Gift Market - giving people the opportunity to purchase animals for Heifer as alternative Christmas gifts for family and friends.  This year's purchases focused on animals in Heifer projects on the White Earth Reservation.
